1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pokerwin platform in any manner — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the pokerwin platform, including registered members and visitors. pokerwin reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you are accessing pokerwin on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to use the pokerwin platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of play;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of pokerwin, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gaming under any applicable law or regulation;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pokerwin or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

pokerwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access the full features of the pokerwin platform, you must register a member account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active pokerwin account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pokerwin login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. pokerwin will never ask for your password via chat, email, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify pokerwin immediately via live chat support.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

pokerwin is required to verify the identity of all members as part of its compliance obligations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by pokerwin for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

pokerwin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your pokerwin account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. pokerwin does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) hour during normal operating conditions. pokerwin reserves the right to extend processing times for security verification purposes.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed KYC verification. Funds that were deposited as part of a bonus offer may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. pokerwin reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the pokerwin platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pokerwin is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pokerwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only and may not be combined unless explicitly stated;
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in each individual promotion's terms;
• pokerwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings;
• pokerwin's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the pokerwin platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. The following general gameplay rules apply across all pokerwin games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in licensed studios;
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the pokerwin system, it cannot be cancelled or modified;
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, pokerwin will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. If a round cannot be completed, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to your account balance;
• pokerwin reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed in circumstances that constitute a clear error;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pokerwin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits;
• Attempting to access or tamper with another member's account;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pokerwin staff or other members;
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from the pokerwin platform without prior written consent.

8. Responsible Gaming

pokerwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its members. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or mental health, we strongly encourage you to use the tools available on the pokerwin platform or seek professional assistance.

pokerwin provides the following responsible gaming tools to all members:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings;
• Session Time Reminders — Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play;
• Self-Exclusion — Suspend your account for a defined period or permanently. Contact support to activate;
• Reality Checks — On-screen prompts showing your net gaming activity during a session.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pokerwin platform — including but not limited to the pokerwin name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of pokerwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any pokerwin content without prior written permission.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

pokerwin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the pokerwin platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pokerwin implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial information. pokerwin does not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pokerwin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

pokerwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pokerwin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pokerwin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Termination

pokerwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other conduct that pokerwin deems harmful to the platform or its members. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited. Upon termination without cause, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of any pending KYC requirements.

You may close your pokerwin account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcome.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to pokerwin's internal dispute resolution process. You may submit a dispute by contacting our support team in writing. pokerwin will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pokerwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pokerwin will notify registered members via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the pokerwin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
